I grew up in Northern Virginia and have called Arlington home for more than a decade. Long before Arlington Official became a real estate brand, this was simply the community I chose for my own life.
I've watched neighborhoods change, restaurants come and go, new developments reshape entire corridors, and areas that were once overlooked become some of Arlington's most desirable places to live.
That perspective matters in real estate.
Because Arlington isn't one market.
What's happening in Lyon Village can be completely different from what's happening in Arlington Ridge. A condo in Rosslyn doesn't behave like one in Crystal City. And sometimes two homes separated by only a few blocks can attract completely different buyers and command very different prices.
Knowing those nuances is a huge part of my job.
